The Nov 30, 2011 Bank Reconciliation shows a balance of $6175.12
The silent auction brought in $5611.61
Amount spent on brisket (which a receipt is still being requested) <$500.00>
Various other expenditures are not fully accounted for yet
Teacher Bonuses <$5850.00>

OLD BUSINESS:
The Sonic Fundraiser is still ongoing.  We received a check for over $100.00 for the last one.  Watch for flyers and info on the website for the next date.

Applebees Pancake Breakfast is still scheduled for March

Scentsy fundraiser brought in approximately $300 thanks to the generousity of Mrs. McClellan

Home Business Fundraiser- another one will be scheduled in the future. POC is Mrs. Stewart and Mrs. Rathgeber

Lumpia is our current fundraiser.  A volunteer list will be sent out for help making them.  Orders are asked to be turned in as soon as the order form is full, along with the money, to the office- and then fill out another one!  The deadline to fill out orders is January 6th.

We have a name for the wing sauce!  Its "No Name.... Just Sauce!"   Artwork is being requested from all, especially the art classes.  It must be something that will fit on a very small bottle label while representing the name and the school.  Please submit them to Cat Brabson whichever way suits you:  at the school, call 430-9944, email dbrabson@totacc.com or at Print Plus 901 Texas Ave.

NEW BUSINESS

We're looking at scheduling a Family Bingo Night and also a tamale sale fundraiser.  We should be setting the date for those at the next meeting.
